Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, mail, and administrative support, while serving as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • support budgeting and expense tracking
  • Partner with Facilities on safety and security, maintain SOPs and documentation, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Welcome visitors and manage access procedures, while also planning and executing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Experience using electronic calendaring, communication, presentation, and reporting tools across (examples: MS Office, Adobe Pro, DocuSign, Navan / Concur, Workday, Jira), as well as other tools that streamline administrative workflows and support the introduction or improvement of automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships; support budgeting and expense tracking; and coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline and 2+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

Skills

  • Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Compensation

  • $65,400 - $78,500 USD
