Responsibilities
- Performing general maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to building systems, suites, and common areas.
- Support the ongoing upkeep and safe operation of property amenities, fixtures, and equipment.

Requirements
- Working knowledge and professional experience in a wide variety of residential maintenance and light renovation tasks.
- Experience in performing basic appliance and fixture repairs is considered a strong asset.
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.

- Must have valid, class G driver's license, access to personal vehicle, and clean drivers abstract.
- Must have tools necessary to complete basic maintenance tasks.
- Any specialty tools required will be provided by the employer.
- Ability to respond to emergencies during regular operating hours.
- Participation in an after-hours rotational response team may be required.
- General understanding of residential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and heating systems.
- Most work will be completed on-site at 25 Tindale Ct Hamilton, ON. The successful candidate may be required to work at other locations based on operational needs and at the discretion of the employer.
- Must have tools necessary to complete basic maintenance tasks. Any specialty tools required will be provided by the employer.
Compensation
- The expected hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, experience, and other job-related qualifications.
