The salary range for this role is from $123,700.00 to $204,100.00.

Partner with program and delivery teams to translate priorities into executable plans for your assigned area, with clear sequencing and measurable outcomes across scope, timing, and resource needs.
Partner with Information Security and Technology leaders to surface constraints early (scope, capacity, sequencing), develop options, and drive timely decisions for your assigned programs.
Support delivery teams and partners with execution discipline (planning hygiene, dependency follow-up, stakeholder updates) and contribute to a culture of accountability and transparency through strong follow-through.
Identify and implement improvements to program management processes and tooling (planning, reporting, dependency tracking) within your scope to strengthen execution discipline, transparency, and delivery predictability.

Problem Solving - deep knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving interpersonal, operational or process problems
ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Systems, and/or experience in related fields

Experience supporting or managing programs with diverse stakeholders across regions and time zones
Prior hands-on cybersecurity experience (e.g., security engineering, operations, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM), with demonstrated ability to apply security practices within a regulated environment
