About the role
- This is not a traditional calendar-management role.
- Our CEO is deeply involved in founder-led strategic partnerships, fundraising conversations, and company leadership.
- Success in this role requires someone who can operate as the CEO's force multiplier-keeping priorities moving, creating leverage, and ensuring critical conversations don't fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO's complex calendar and priorities
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEO
- Provide ad-hoc personal administrative support and lifestyle management
- Drive scheduling across busy executives and external stakeholders
- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to keep opportunities moving
- Help maintain CRM hygiene and sales process discipline
- Create systems and processes that help the CEO operate more efficiently
- Maintain organization across key initiatives and strategic projects
Requirements
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Previous experience supporting a Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Sales, Founder-led sales organization, or similarly customer-facing executive is required
- Ability to influence without authority and keep people accountable to deadlines
- Experience coordinating complex calendars and external stakeholder meetings
Compensation
- The annual base salary for this role is $200,000 to $250,000.
- The base pay for this role is determined using many factors, such as education, skills and experience, and is reflective of Clair's Series stage and size.
- Base pay is only one part of Clair's competitive total compensation package which includes equity, benefits and additional perks.
- The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
- Unlimited vacation for salaried roles, generous PTO for hourly roles
