Responsibilities

  • Summary of Position The Pozez JCC of Northern Virginia seeks a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to support the safety, functionality, and day-to-day upkeep of a large, multi-use community facility.
  • The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and skilled in a variety of building trades.
  • Working knowledge of general building maintenance, including:
  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or building hazards.
  • Cleaning & Facility Support Support Facilities Services Associates as needed with basic cleaning and custodial duties Support cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the facility.
  • General Responsibilities Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in clean and working condition.
  • Support other operational or facilities tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Maintain basic maintenance logs, work orders, or service records as required.

Compensation

  • Work Schedule 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Evenings and weekends as required for emergencies, projects, or operational needs Salary $60,000/annually This position description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
