About the role
- Description Cal Farley's Boys Ranch is a nonprofit child and family service organization that provides residential family-style living in a rural setting for boys and girls in need of a safe, home-like environment.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care services and creating a home-like environment for children in need.
- Please Note: This position is based at our main campus in Boys Ranch, Texas, located approximately 40 miles northwest of Amarillo.
Responsibilities
- As a House Parent you will work directly with children to provide support, guidance, and positive reinforcement.
- Teach and lead cottage rules and daily routines.
- Help children build self-esteem and gain skills to overcome difficult situations.
Requirements
- Applicants from across the country are welcome to apply, but relocation to Boys Ranch is required.
- Must be 21 or older.
