About the role

Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
Defines company policies, employee engagement, and company culture

Provide guidance and coaching to managers on organizational design, employee development, performance management, and conflict resolution
Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting to support strategic decision-making
Support international HR initiatives and expansion efforts where applicable
Manages the budget for the HR department
Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent

Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or related people operations roles
Previous HR leadership experience required
Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
Experience supporting high-growth, fast-paced, or performance-driven organizations
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Experience with HRIS systems, compensation planning, and recruiting processes
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in human resources leadership, experience supporting high-performance teams, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.

Prior experience within the trading, financial services, fintech, or broader capital markets industry is strongly preferred.
Industry experience within proprietary trading, hedge funds, financial services, fintech, or capital markets strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree required
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
