- The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,200.00 - $164,200.00 in Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue, gross margin, operating income, labor utilization, and forecasting
- Lead WIP reviews, backlog planning, and financial forecasting
- Partner with Sales and Project Developers to support estimating, customer presentations, and strategic pursuits
- Drive technician recruiting, retention, training, and career development
- Review project profitability and implement corrective actions
- Develop standardized operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other leadership duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent commercial boiler/mechanical contracting experience
- 8+ years in commercial boiler or mechanical service with 4+ years of leadership experience
Compensation
- The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,200.00 - $164,200.00 in Maryland.
- Develop and execute the annual business plan, budget, and operational objectives
- The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
