About the role
- Svetness is hiring a Trainer Interview & Onboarding Specialist to help interview personal trainer applicants, determine if they are a good fit for the company, and onboard approved trainers into our systems.
- This role is important because the quality of trainers we approve directly impacts the client experience.
- We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to make good decisions when evaluating applicants.
Responsibilities
- Document interview notes and hiring decisions clearly.
- Follow up with trainers on missing documents, certifications, profile information, background checks, and system setup.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is someone who can move quickly while still maintaining quality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Comfortable conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Able to follow processes and make sound decisions.
- Comfortable using online systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
- Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Remote work experience is a plus.
