About the role

Responsibilities
- You will play a key role in developing a Community strategy and plan for Community Management, Social Media, and Influencers on an exciting, in-development IP-based new title.
- You will be responsible for building out a team to support the game in each of these areas.
- You will set strategy, develop tactics, and guide the Community team.
- Your passion for gaming and in-depth knowledge of the digital content landscape will drive growth, visibility, and engagement with our brand.
- Develop and execute a global community, social, and influencer strategy that aligns with our game's brand identity and broader marketing goals to drive engagement, retention and advocacy among players.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the community, collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate community feedback into game development processes, and ensure a player-centric approach.
- Partner with the IP holder to manage and grow the community in a truly authentic way to respect and protect the brand.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in community management, social media management, & influencer management in the gaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in analysing and interpreting community engagement metrics, and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience managing game communities & influencers.
- Experience working on games that utilise licensed IP
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, LiveOps, Production, and Engineering.
