About the role
- The Property Claims Business Intelligence Analyst analyzes and recommends technical solutions for complex projects to meet the needs of Claims and other impacted business areas.
- Will be responsible for defining and delivering the BI Strategy and ensure the successful delivery of Business Intelligence Solutions and Executive / Operational dashboards.
- Ensure that the project and service delivery teams and the business representatives have a clear expectation of reporting deliverables including priorities and timescales.

Requirements
- Ability to set and achieve analytical and project objectives with minimal supervision, exhibit initiative, and motivation.
- Employment is contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology, where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
Nice to have
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations
- 4+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience.
- Must have 3+ years of claims experience (Property Insurance claims preferred)
- 3+ years of direct client engagement experience and providing user insights directly to leadership
- 4+ years of Business Intelligence Metrics & Reporting experience using Power BI
- 4+ years of strong MS SQL experience- required for query, profiling and testing
- Requires advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access.
Compensation
- $74,600.00 - $124,700.00
- Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
