About the role
- Responsible for both customer satisfaction and the financial performance of assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Manages design and application work for 15+ projects concurrently, including complex technology developments and difficult customer interactions.
- Organizes the project timeline and action items including a cross-functional design, test, NPI, quality, and manufacturing team.
- Uses knowledge of Fox components to oversee fabrication of prototypes, evaluate product fitment and support vehicle calibration.
- Conducts design and testing, including field testing and operation of vehicles.
- Creates and maintains 3d models, 2d drawings, BOM's and ECN documentation.
Requirements
- Ability to sit for long periods of time

- Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering a related field.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of experience in product development and hands-on design experience.
- Experience in automotive, power sports, or related industry preferred.
Skills
- Engineering design knowledge
- Creo/3D modeling or similar CAD design software
- Time management and prioritization abilities
- Microsoft Office skills
