About the role

  • Rockfon, a division of ROCKWOOL Group, is seeking a Product Manager, Specialty Metal and Grid, to join our Product Management team.
  • This position reports directly to the Head of Product Management and will be based at our Rockfon head office in Chicago, IL (60638).

Responsibilities

  • Rockfon delivers comprehensive ceiling system solutions, integrating stone wool and specialty metal ceiling panels with Chicago Metallic suspension systems, providing high-quality, sustainable offerings to our customers.

Nice to have

  • Warren Dudding, VP Marketing & Business Development
  • Bachelors Degree in a Construction related field, preferred
  • 4+ years product management experience within building products required, ceilings and acoustic solutions an advantage
  • Understanding of product lifecycle in construction (from specification to installation)
  • Understanding of supply chain and distribution channels in construction
  • Market research & analysis. ability to identify market trends and customer needs
  • Data analysis - interpret sales data, market metrics, and customer feedback
  • Pricing strategy - understand cost structures and competitive positioning

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - 100,000.00.
