About the role
- Peec AI helps teams track their visibility AI across search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.
Responsibilities
- Own hiring pipelines end-to-end as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York
- Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity - proactively managing the funnel, unblocking bottlenecks, and pushing decisions forward
- Deliver a best-in-class experience to candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers alike
- Previous involvement in building an office/team from scratch
Requirements
- Exceptional story-telling ability to sell career opportunities at Peec AI to top talent with multiple competing offers
- Proven experience designing and running high-velocity hiring pipelines while operating with modern, AI-centric tooling (e.g. Ashby, Metaview, Claude/ChatGPT, Clay, Lemlist, etc.)
- Experience at a top-tier recruiting agency, especially in highly competitive markets
- Familiarity with New York technology/start-up ecosystem

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000.
- Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
