Company Overview At Premier Truck Rental (PTR), we provide customized commercial fleet rentals nationwide, helping businesses get the right trucks and equipment to get the job done.

Coordinate all repair operations within the assigned region, ensuring seamless customer support.
Maintain accurate records of repair progress using our Field Service App and provide daily updates on open tickets.
Effectively manage repair and towing services, leveraging national accounts and pricing structures to minimize customer downtime.
Collaborate with OEM representatives to address parts delays and escalate common OEM issues to your manager and appropriate OEM contacts.
Additional partner and vendor discounts
We partner with the Predictive Index behavioral assessment tool, which helps identify natural behavioral drives such as dominance, extraversion, patience, and formality.
This tool supports hiring decisions, team development, and employee engagement throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

4 years of experience of demonstrated expertise in advanced automotive knowledge or customer service skills.
Proficiency in working efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with Crane systems.
Vast understanding of tires and appropriate applications.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment
