About the role

  • Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly and Installation) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking an Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the team in Ladson, SC.
  • Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for Associate (Level 2), Mid-level (Level 3), or Senior (Level 4) Manufacturing Engineers to join our Production Engineering organization supporting Propulsion South Carolina in beautiful Ladson, SC.
  • Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
  • Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs while maintaining the program architecture for build.
  • Lead and implement build plan definition.
  • Assist in providing producibility information for project plans and document best practices.
  • Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
  • Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts.
  • Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
  • Implement lean principles and technologies

Requirements

  • Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
  • Summary Pay Range:
  • Associate (Level 2): $85,000 - $115,000
  • Mid-Level (Level 3): $103,700 - $140,300
  • Senior (Level 4): $126,650 - $171,350
