About the role
- Fosters the ethical climate of the organization in a manner that sustains trust and reinforces the reputation of internal auditing and provides value to the organization.
- Evaluate key processes, risks, and related management controls to determine consequences of gaps or business risks
- Provide quality audit engagements through effective planning, fieldwork and audit findings
Responsibilities
- Review controls designed to safeguard resources and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Partner with process owners on corrective action activities related to non-compliances and process improvement
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to support monitoring, audits, and assessments
- Observe and share best practices with business partners
Requirements
- Mastery knowledge of industry best practices and disciplines.
- Typically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Nice to have
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Cybersecurity, cloud, and IT infrastructure knowledge is a plus
