- You will work with the business, Senior Change Deployment Specialists, and your supervisor to understand the needs of our associates and the company.
Responsibilities
- Create training material as directed
- Deliver exceptional training using a variety of training techniques and concepts
- As a Change Deployment Specialist, you will partner on the coordination and deployment of new applications and enhancements that impact our associates.
- You will assist in the design and execution of change management programs by completing the following: participate in business meetings to make sure you understand the requirements of the change and how this will impact the branches.
- Assist in building the appropriate communication and training material.
- You will collaborate with all levels of the organization and stay informed of changes requiring updates to training materials and programs.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: Knowledge of business processes
- Earned or in-progress degree.
Skills
- Well-organized, dependable, self-sufficient
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Ability to work as a member of various teams
