Responsibilities
- Understand the build process and specifications within the cabin installation Station.
- Work in compliance with production work orders and supporting documents. (e.g. Quality standards, drawings and SOI's) Sign off work when tasks are completed.

Requirements
- The position requires previous knowledge of aircraft structure assembly and skill to complete the allocated tasks on Quality and On time.
- 5+ years minimum experience in Aviation Production Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages) High school diploma or GED.
- The Structure Assembler must be able to work alone and as part of a team in a high pressure environment to enable the delivery of a High Quality Aircraft and On Time Delivery to internal customers (TAKT).
- Your boarding pass: 2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent including cabin/interior installation Previous hands-on experience with cabin installation including sidewalls, cargo, sidewalls, carpet, seats, ceiling panels.
