Understand the build process and specifications within the cabin installation Station.
Work in compliance with production work orders and supporting documents. (e.g. Quality standards, drawings and SOI's) Sign off work when tasks are completed.

The position requires previous knowledge of aircraft structure assembly and skill to complete the allocated tasks on Quality and On time.
5+ years minimum experience in Aviation Production Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages) High school diploma or GED.
The Structure Assembler must be able to work alone and as part of a team in a high pressure environment to enable the delivery of a High Quality Aircraft and On Time Delivery to internal customers (TAKT).
Your boarding pass: 2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent including cabin/interior installation Previous hands-on experience with cabin installation including sidewalls, cargo, sidewalls, carpet, seats, ceiling panels.
