About the role

Position Purpose The Senior Manager, Regional FP&A is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving regional financial performance, leading planning processes, and influencing executive decision-making.
The position requires strong leadership, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
Reporting & Process Improvement - Oversee preparation of executive-level reporting and dashboards. - Enhance financial processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

Responsibilities

Drive performance management by identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
Partner with senior operational leaders to improve profitability, cost structure, and capital efficiency.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decisions.
Executive Partnership & Decision Support
Lead financial due diligence for Greenfield projects, expansions, and strategic investments.
Support M&A activities including valuation modeling, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking.

Requirements

Technical Expertise
Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Oracle) and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and performance metrics.
Occasional travel as required.

Nice to have

Experience in capital planning, M&A analysis, or strategic finance initiatives preferred.
Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Minimum Years of Work Experience:
4-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders.
CPA, CFA, or similar certification is a plus.

Compensation

Lead regional annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes.
