About the role

This role is for a senior individual contributor who is comfortable operating with meaningful ambiguity, rapidly evolving technologies, and a fast-moving product environment.
You'll be designing for the AI agents that handle customer calls and voicemails, and shaping the service and sales workflows dealerships rely on every day.

Own end-to-end product design for major features and product areas, from early exploration through shipped work and iteration
Partner closely with PMs and engineers to improve solution quality and execution speed
Develop firsthand understanding of customer workflows through customer conversations, call reviews, analytics, and field visits
Design and improve complex workflows
Contribute to shared patterns, components, and design guidance to improve consistency, usability, and quality across the product
Maintain a high design quality bar while helping our teams move faster, not slower
Proven ability to own features or product areas within a broader product strategy
Strong product thinking, interaction design, visual design, and communication skills

4+ years of experience designing workflow-driven software products
Strong judgment about where to invest depth versus speed, with the ability to help teammates understand tradeoffs
Operate with a high degree of autonomy when goals and constraints are reasonably clear, and proactively help drive teams to clarity when they're not

Experience designing AI-powered workflows, automation systems, copilots, agentic experiences, or other AI-assisted products
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
Bring the voice of the customer into product decisions through direct engagement and thoughtful synthesis
Exercise strong judgment about where to invest depth versus speed, helping the team move faster without lowering the bar
