Responsibilities
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the team and business goals.
- Build and maintain performant, reliable frontend systems and the server-side flows behind them
- Partner with Product, Design, Marketing to bring features to life from ideation through deployment, always iterating with the end-user in mind
- Champion engineering best practices - automated testing, peer reviews, observability, and clean, type-safe design
- Innovation and curiosity drive our culture, connecting businesses and individuals through cutting-edge solutions.
- You'll join Hosted Web, a full-stack team building the experiences that power booking and purchasing for thousands of Mindbody businesses.
Requirements
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern React, including the React Server Components / server-first model
- Deep experience with Next.js (App Router) or a comparable SSR/full-stack framework - server actions, data fetching, and the client/server boundary
- Experience with.NET, C#, AWS
- Proficiency with observability tools (New Relic or similar) to diagnose and resolve production issues
- Ability to navigate complexity, assess tradeoffs, and execute with confidence

- The base salary range for this position in the United States is $151,000 to $201,000 USD.
