- Your Impact on our Mission
- As a Senior Staff Software Engineer in the Interoperability group, you will unlock the full potential of our integrations with 170+ EHRs.
- These integrations enable Zocdoc to pull real-time availability, write back bookings to trigger practice workflows, and exchange appointment data - insurance cards, medical history, and intake forms - between patients and providers.
- Your leadership will expand their impact across our entire product ecosystem.
- Our platform is at an inflection point.
- New product lines require us to move from eventually-consistent syncs to tighter, fail-fast integrations - a major rearchitecture that you will lead.
- EHR systems also hold valuable data we've only begun to tap: insurance credentialing, provider onboarding signals, patient LTV and more.
- You will shape both the technical strategy and contribute to the product vision for how we leverage this data.
- You will develop clear abstractions that let other engineering teams leverage our integration capabilities without understanding the inner workings of individual EHRs.
- You'll bring order to immense complexity and translate it into simple, powerful interfaces.
