Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, extensive pricing knowledge, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.

  • Run Ad-Hoc reports and manage projects as required.
  • High School Diploma/GED or Associate's degree in a related field is required.
  • 2+ years of customer service-related experience is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle/SAP modules/Business processes for Pricing, Order Fulfillment and Material Master.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX compliance requirements as it pertains to the Pricing Department.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Competitive Job Quote (CJQ) process as it pertains to CJQ functionality, pricing error resolution on orders, and monthly reconciliation process for specific accounts.
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels and areas of the organization - both oral and written

Compensation

  • $40,000 USD - $60,500 USD.
  • In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
