Responsibilities
- This is a fantastic opportunity to support and elevate professional development across our organization.
- Track and create reports on outcomes of all training
- Support programs to monitor employee training participation and compliance with training requirements.
- Schedule meetings, manage communications and provide general administrative support for all agency-wide training initiatives.
- Deliver trainings to cross-agency audiences in specialty areas, including orientation for newly hired employees.
- Supervise volunteers and other team support staff, including Data Entry Specialist.
Requirements
- Associate's degree
- Five (5) years of experience in office management or program coordination
- Familiarity with online content delivery platforms
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with focus on attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, dependent upon experience and education.
- Hours: This is a full-time position.
