About the role
- The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship builder who is comfortable engaging with leaders and subject matter experts across all levels of the organization.
- In conjunction with Audit leadership, assist and plans the audit based on the objectives of the activity being reviewed and the processes used to control performance.
Responsibilities
- Performs end-to-end audit process including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and post audit activities.
- Based on the controls review and audit scope, develops an audit program.
- Documents audit conclusions on workpapers that record and summarize data.
- Under Audit Leadership supervision, discusses draft documents with chairman/department director at an exit conference.
- Manages the completeness and relevance of management's written responses.
- Develops and maintains relationships across the institution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the department and the institution.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

Requirements
- Performs special projects and investigations as required at the direction of management or the Audit & Compliance Committee of the Board of Governors.
- Success in this role requires agility, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn complex topics.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, familiarity with coding or digital technologies, and an interest in leveraging AI capabilities to enhance audit effectiveness are highly valued.
Compensation

- This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

- A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $78,000 - $139,360 per year for the role of Internal Audit Project Manager.
