About the role

  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist (2nd Shift) to produce high-quality, precision-machined components.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, continuous learning, and working with advanced machine tools.
  • You'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual equipment to meet exact specifications while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic machine offsets and setups to ensure accurate production
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of machining experience, including CNC setup and operation
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing instructions
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Nice to have

  • Experience working with FANUC controls
  • Background in precision machining for industrial or oil & gas applications
  • Experience with inspection tools and quality standards
  • On your feet 90-95% of the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Work in a machine shop / heavy equipment environment
  • Required use of appropriate PPE and safety procedures
  • Overtime available based on production needs

Skills

  • Use precision measuring tools and gauges to verify part quality
  • Hand tools and inspection equipment
