Education: High school diploma
Licensing: Active state specific Life & Health Insurance agent's license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
Skills & Technical Competencies: Key skills for effective client consulting include a solid grasp of insurance principles to meet strategic needs, strong client management to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions, and sharp analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
