About the role
- As an integral part of Questel's Inside Sales Team, this role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and processing leads for the sales team; as well as generating summarized reports of key findings.
Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to create new opportunities
- Map and source the US and Canadian territories/accounts for prospective sales leads
- Build individual strategic business plans to penetrate accounts in each territory
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive social media activities across the sales team to identify prospects

- Excellent analytical, organization, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and present solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and regularly report on progress
- Ability to effectively multi-task in stressful situations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assignments
- Fluent in English
