About the role
- Symmetrio is recruiting for our client, an innovative healthcare technology company, for a Clinical Solutions Specialist - Radiation Oncology.
- You'll work directly with physicians, dosimetrists, and clinical staff to understand how care is delivered from patient consultation through treatment planning.
- This role is ideal for an experienced radiation oncology professional who enjoys working with people, solving workflow challenges, and influencing the future of healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, therapists, and clinical care teams to understand their workflows and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and software engineers to ensure customer needs are reflected in future product enhancements.
- Document physician workflows, decision points, and clinical processes to support product development and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with implementation teams during customer onboarding to ensure workflows are accurately captured and successfully adopted.
- Validate new product functionality through user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback prior to release.
- Travel to customer sites to support discovery sessions, implementations, and relationship development.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility with physicians and clinical leadership.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of physician consult workflows, treatment planning, oncology documentation, and radiation oncology operations.

Benefits
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, clinical, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience as a Medical Dosimetrist, Radiation Therapist, Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Applications Specialist, Clinical Specialist, or similar radiation oncology role.
- Experience supporting healthcare technology, clinical software, EMRs, or oncology information systems is preferred.
