Experience supporting large volume sales teams
Previous experience within asset management, private wealth management, or investment banking at a top-tier financial institution
Demonstrated ability managing complex calendars supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously
Eight plus years' experience as an Executive Assistant; college degree
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Excellent written communication and research skills
Extensive experience managing complex and fluid calendars
Critical thinker; excellent judgment; proactive and able to anticipate Executive's needs
