About the role
- Coordinate the university recruiting season.
- Screen and evaluate internship candidates.
- Attend career fairs and campus recruiting events.
Responsibilities
- Develop return-offer recommendations.
- Maintain university partnership agreements.
- Manage intern communications and monitor the program mailbox.
- Manage the intern onboarding process.
- Manage partnerships with student organizations.
- Develop resources for intern managers.
- Maintain early-career talent pipelines.
- Support the intern performance feedback process.
- Design program structures.
- Implement approved programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant field;
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other domain-specific software;
- Ability to make decisions within tight deadlines, sometimes with incomplete information and under pressure;
Compensation
- $73 000 to $91 200 ( Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

- Reporting to the Manager - Planning and Talent Attraction, the Junior Campus Recruiter is responsible for executing and continuously improving early-career talent programs across the organization, including internships, student jobs, and development pathways for early-career salaried employees.
- Your mandate will be to lead, promote, and coordinate Agropur's Canadian and U.S. internship program, which hosts nearly 100 interns each year.
- You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process in collaboration with Agropur's internal stakeholders, academic institutions, as well as prospective students and future interns, while ensuring established deadlines are met.
