Responsibilities

  • Drive Local Impact with Global Reach
  • Help build and grow a massive market for a global FinTech leader right here from your Austin office.
  • Scale the "Unscalable": Audit our USD/CAD payment routes to identify manual friction. You won't just report on problems; you'll build the automation and workflow improvements to eliminate them.

Requirements

  • You have delivered mid-sized projects working with engineers or other product or operational teams and can demonstrate clear impact on your projects.
  • You have previous experience making improvements to a product or service.
  • You have a track record of achieving targets and goals, setting and monitoring success.
  • You have the ability to measure all solutions against cross team and customer impact
  • ability to magnify customer impact by identifying if solutions can be globalized to other teams/products.
  • You must be able to commute to the office.
