Responsibilities
- Skillfully prepare specialty coffee, tea, and liquor beverages to Ascension standards. Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring the highest level of guest service.
- Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment, resolving basic issues.
- Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Our cafés deliver an exceptional culinary and hospitality experience, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness. Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction. Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).
Nice to have
- Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
