About the role
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that every cylinder head is restored to optimal performance.
- This role is based at our Cambridge, Ohio location and is a fully onsite position.
- This is position is paid at a rate of $22.00 an hour.
Responsibilities
- Perform machining operations such as resurfacing, valve seat cutting, valve guide replacement, and porting to restore cylinder heads to factory specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of cylinder head design, function, and machining processes.
- Experience with machining equipment, including surface grinders, valve grinders, and seat cutters.
- Experience with diesel engine cylinder heads.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- This position requires a strong understanding of engine components, and the ability to assess the condition of cylinder heads to ensure they meet strict performance and quality standards.
