Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of GUI software engineers.
- Product Delivery: Drive the architecture, design, and execution of intuitive, high-performance GUI applications, working with hardware and software development teams across the company.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, applications engineering, and core EDA backend teams to deliver seamless workflows.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of GUI software engineers.
- Drive the architecture, design, and execution of intuitive, high-performance GUI applications, working with hardware and software development teams across the company.

Requirements
- 5+ years' Management Experience: Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams.
- Proven experience with developing highly interactive EDA tools.
- Design Flows: Strong understanding of hardware description languages, synthesis, place-and-route, and ASIC/FPGA design methodologies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with C++, Qt, Python, Tcl, and Java.
- Advanced Degree: PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on EDA tool development or related fields.

- Deep, hands-on experience with C++, Qt, Python, Tcl, and Java.
- Highly Preferred Qualifications
- A PhD is highly preferred.
