About the role
- The Program Director has primary responsibility for clinical and operational oversight of the Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC).
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to licensing/oversight regulations and company policies.
- The individuals served are 18-64 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a social science field OR
- Bachelor's degree in nursing along with valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Candidates without a master's degree in a social science field must hold a valid California license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT).
Compensation
- Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience.
- 125,000.00 - 145,000.00 USD Per Year Working Location:
