Requirements
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 2 years
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 7 years
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with application of ML/DL techniques on image classification problems in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in SW feature testing and in-depth evaluation of novel algorithm prototypes
- Demonstrated ability to read and debug python scripts
- Familiarity with vibecoding and best practices for efficient AI prompting is a plus
- Strong technical & analytical skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
- Creative, driven, self-motivated and collaborative
- Background in IC processing/semiconductor equipment with focus on advanced packaging is highly desirable

Compensation
- $140,000.00 - $238,000.00 Annually
