About the role

Candidate is required to have a bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school with excellent academics and be a member of the California State Bar in good standing.
The successful candidate must have strong academic credentials, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
must have superior oral advocacy and oral presentation, research and writing, analytical, organizational and time management skills
and must have excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
working knowledge of HIPAA, FCRA, GLBA, COPPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM is expected.
Familiarity with establishing AI governance programs and policies, the EU AI Act and U.S. federal and state-level artificial intelligence and automated decision-making/profiling laws and regulations.

California Pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience, is $365,000 - $390,000.
