- Job Description: HPE is seeking a Global Workplace Manager to be based in Chippewa Falls, WI.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day workplace and facilities operations across seven Chippewa Falls buildings and one Minnesota office building, ensuring consistent service delivery, infrastructure reliability, and a high-quality employee experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HPE Global Workplace at the local site level, translating enterprise workplace strategy into practical execution across a diverse building portfolio.
- Oversee integrated facilities management services, including maintenance, janitorial, grounds, utilities, space support, shipping/receiving, and workplace service programs, while driving vendor accountability and performance.
- Partner with business units, site leaders, and corporate functions to understand changing operational needs and develop workplace solutions that support manufacturing, lab, office, warehouse, and critical infrastructure environments.
- Manage operating budgets, forecast expenses, track savings opportunities, and support capital planning to ensure financial discipline and alignment with business priorities.
- Lead site governance processes and service level management with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Support crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity planning to protect employees, assets, and operations.
- Sponsor and coordinate sustaining engineering, maintenance planning, and infrastructure reliability efforts for critical building systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams on renovations, expansions, workplace transformation efforts, and capital improvement projects, ensuring smooth execution and minimal operational disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement through data, service metrics, customer feedback, and root-cause problem solving.

Nice to have
- First level university degree or equivalent experience
- advanced university degree preferred.
- Typically, 10+ years of experience in a business or facilities-related function and demonstrated capabilities in areas of expertise.
