Screen all patients on active treatment for eligibility for enrollment into patient support programs offered by life science companies and charitable foundations using reports and task lists via the AssistPoint® software platform
Ensure proper workflow by directly working with your Account Lead
Provide timely solutions to clients' problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, show initiative and drive when dealing with client requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Proficient in payer billing and requirements; experience working with life science and charitable foundation patient support programs desired
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines

reducing financial hardship for patients.
This position requires outstanding teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
This position is not an immediate hire.
Once an offer is extended, this is a contract-to-hire position.
The timing for conversion to full-time employment may vary and will be determined based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.
