About the role

The position will participate in the management and production of 10.5 million containerized seedlings and 7.3 million bareroot forest seedlings annually.
Activities will include seed stratification and treatment, planting, irrigation, fertilizer / chemical application, and harvesting.
PRT's seedlings are positioned to be the highest quality in the industry and are distributed across the Southeast.

Assist with daily tasks necessary to maintain equipment, buildings, and development of the seedling crop development of the seedling crop.

Working knowledge of pine seedling nursery/agricultural operations, equipment, irrigation, soil fertility, and pesticides.

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
