About the role

  • Engineering & Development Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Python code, including asynchronous programming techniques.
  • Ensure solutions are production-ready, reliable, secure, and highly performant.

Responsibilities

  • Agent & AI System Development Design and build agent-based systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
  • Develop intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous task execution.
  • Implement advanced cognitive architectures and patterns, including ReAct (Reasoning + Acting).
  • LLM Capabilities & Enhancements Develop and integrate memory, tool usage, and context management capabilities (MCP).
  • Build and orchestrate LLM workflows involving tool calling, chaining, and multi-agent interactions.
  • Collaborate with prompt engineers and cross-functional teams to improve model responses and system performance.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and microservices supporting AI and agent-based applications.
  • Guardrails & Responsible AI Design and implement guardrails, safety mechanisms, and governance frameworks for LLM-driven systems.
  • Work with modern data ecosystems, including: Snowflake Databricks Lakehouse Architectures Build scalable AI solutions leveraging enterprise data assets and cloud platforms.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of overall IT experience with strong Python development expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, tool calling, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience implementing MCP (Memory, Context, and Planning) capabilities.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures.
  • Strong understanding of AI guardrails, responsible AI principles, and production deployment best practices.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong Python development skills, hands-on expertise with modern AI agent frameworks, and experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and scalable architectures.
