Responsibilities
- Make account decisions that drive growth and ease of doing business
- Build ad hoc reports to support order management
- Use CI to drive reduction in order fill-rate and on-time customer fines
- Develop relationships with key cross functional leaders across all channels
- Lead fines fighting process through fines rebuttals
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- MS Office. required
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- Systems proficiency SAP - preferred
Compensation
- $56,900.00 - $89,320.00 USD
- Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
