About the role

Oversees the day-to-day activities at the program and ensures the safety and security of residents at all times.
Responsible for completing regular rounds, facilitating groups, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Provides crisis intervention and medication monitoring.

Staffs the front desk, answers the phones, manages the daily client schedule, ensures that all client activities are completed, and manages the safety and security requirements for the house.
shift Implements all safety and security requirements for the house, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and alarm and camera monitoring.

High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of addiction recovery process, or willingness to acquire within first six months of employment Counseling and Substance Abuse training CPR Certification SERV
Safe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire Valid Driver's License Schedule:
Must have computer/data entry skills.
Must be English/Spanish bilingual.
Physical & Mental Requirements While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk or hear.
