Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing end-to-end processes across property insurance operational areas (underwriting, policy servicing, claims, loss control, etc.).
- Support process standardization and optimization efforts in partnership with business leads, subject matter experts, and project teams.
- Assist in implementing process changes, including developing new procedures, user documentation, and change communications.
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, work instructions, and RACI matrices for core operational activities.
- Participate in process design/redesign workshops
- Perform root-cause analysis on process-related issues and help develop corrective action plans.
- Support regulatory, compliance, and audit readiness by ensuring documented processes adhere to internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and analytics teams to support process automation and systems integration initiatives.
- Participate in process design/redesign workshops; collect business requirements and improvement ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Blueworks Live) required.
- Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
