Responsibilities
- Lead Successful Product Development:
- Design Reliable Mechanical Systems:
- Drive Data-Based Engineering Decisions:
- Utilize modeling, simulation, and analytical tools to predict product performance, evaluate design alternatives, and support informed engineering decisions before physical validation.
- Lead structured root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and develop long-term solutions that prevent recurring issues and protect the customer experience.
- Apply strong mechanical engineering principles to develop robust system and component designs that meet customer requirements, industry standards, and performance expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage interfaces across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronic, and control systems to ensure seamless integration, proper functionality, and compliance with system requirements.
- Develop verification and validation plans, assess test results, and confirm product capability meets defined requirements while supporting risk-based engineering decisions.
- Collaborate Across Functions and Drive Results:
- Build strong relationships with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business stakeholders to communicate effectively, manage complexity, and deliver successful product outcomes.
Requirements
- Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area is required with a demonstrated track record of technical problem solving and quality decision making.

- College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.

- Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.
