About the role

  • 1-3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • In this position, you will partner closely with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain operational excellence, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Additionally, you may manage program logistics, coordinate vendor activities, and provide guidance and support to Program Coordinators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of scientific publication planning processes and Datavision.
  • Experience working with vendors, meeting logistics, or event planning activities.
  • You are a highly organized project manager who can successfully oversee multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
