About the role

  • This position reports to the Assistant Director, Duquesne University Center for Integrative Health.

Responsibilities

  • The below description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this job title.
  • Collaborates with Center faculty, staff, and community partners to plan, implement, and evaluate interdisciplinary programs and activities across the lifespan.
  • Provides guidance and support to interdisciplinary students participating in DUCIH's community-based programs.
  • Research, Data Evaluation: Supports faculty-led research and program evaluation activities, including participant recruitment, retention, data collection, and data management.
  • Maintains accurate records and contribute to reporting efforts to support program evaluation and data-informed decision-making.
  • Quality Improvement Strategic Support: Contributes to continuous quality improvement efforts by supporting program evaluation, performance tracking, and outcome measurement.
  • Work hours may include evenings and weekends to support community-based programming and events.

Compensation

  • The role also contributes to program evaluation, quality improvement efforts, and ensures alignment with University policies, regulatory standards, and privacy requirements.
