About the role
- This position reports to the Assistant Director, Duquesne University Center for Integrative Health.
Responsibilities

- Collaborates with Center faculty, staff, and community partners to plan, implement, and evaluate interdisciplinary programs and activities across the lifespan.
- Provides guidance and support to interdisciplinary students participating in DUCIH's community-based programs.
- Research, Data Evaluation: Supports faculty-led research and program evaluation activities, including participant recruitment, retention, data collection, and data management.
- Maintains accurate records and contribute to reporting efforts to support program evaluation and data-informed decision-making.
- Quality Improvement Strategic Support: Contributes to continuous quality improvement efforts by supporting program evaluation, performance tracking, and outcome measurement.
- Work hours may include evenings and weekends to support community-based programming and events.

Compensation
- The role also contributes to program evaluation, quality improvement efforts, and ensures alignment with University policies, regulatory standards, and privacy requirements.
