Responsibilities
- Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
- Define and implement best practices for mobile development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard.
- Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.

- For the Lead Software Engineer (Mobile Native), we will conduct a background check that may include the following.
- You lead by example setting engineering standards, mentoring developers, and driving architecture decisions while staying close to the code.

Requirements
- You're a senior mobile engineer with 6+ years of experience building native iOS and Android apps using Swift, Kotlin, and/or React Native, with a proven track record of shipping commercial products end-to-end.

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile applications from concept to launch.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency in mobile development frameworks and programming languages (Swift, Kotlin, Go, React Native).
- Strong understanding mobile architecture platforms.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and visual currency platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Compensation
- CAD 120k-CAD 170k
